Reporting a price error
The most useful thing anyone can send us. Include the page, the clinic and, if you have it, the source showing the correct figure. We re-open the source, check it, and correct or remove the record. If the source has changed since we archived it, the record is updated with a new date.
If you are a clinic
You may ask us to re-read your current published prices and we will. We do not remove accurate records, do not sell placement, and do not rank clinics — seeindependence before writing to ask. Requests are answered in writing.
If you are a journalist or researcher
The dataset is public and downloadable under CC BY 4.0, and themethodology describes exactly how it was built. Happy to answer questions about the method or to prepare a cut of the data for a specific question.
What we cannot help with
We cannot advise on whether a treatment is right for you, recommend a clinic, or intervene in a dispute with one. Those questions need a qualified clinician or, where a dispute has gone wrong, the regulator of the facility and your payment provider — seeif something goes wrong.
Response time
This is a one-person project. Corrections are handled quickly; everything else may take a few days.
